Offering turn-key solutions in Industrial and Power Projects along with co-generation, combined cycle and steam power plants, they have expanded in the Middle East to offer diverse expertise to their clients. Due to this growth, they now require Construction Managers for their Combined Cycle Power Plants. |
RequirementsRequirements Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors Direct and supervise workers Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing. Candidate should have 5 - 8 years experience in the relevant industry |
