Job description / Role
Our client is a civils construction company with a global turnover nearing 8 billion. They have over 60 years experience and are part of a large multinational group that offers the complete range of construction services. They pride themselves on client satisfaction and completion of projects with the minimum of fuss. Their ability to carry projects from design to fruition has led to the expansion of their client portfolio worldwide to the benefit of the company.
They are currently seeking Construction Managers for positions in Saudi Arabia. The role will involve the management of all resources for the construction works, such as personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors. Ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience as a site engineer/construction manager and must be able to perform effectively under pressure. Role contract varies from 18 months to 2 years and excellent salary packages are on offer.
Requirements
10 years construction management/engineering experience on civils side.
Degree qualified.
Must be able to work under pressure and possess good mental agility and leadership skills.
Have a thorough knowledge of contract specifications, planning and budgets.
Good knowledge of health and safety.
