The RoleThe RoleConstruction *Program Manager Ex-patriot needed to oversee program management, multi-program, multi-project infrastructure and vertical construction work in Iraq.*For the purposes of this position, define a program as a series or set of construction projects within one, two or three funding sources or for a specific set of goals. . *Responsible for cost and schedule control (Often referred to as Project or Program Controls Engineers) •  Estimating, Budgeting and Planning  Resource Management  ETC and EV analysis  Document control and submittal management  Change Management  Contract Management and Administration Personal Skills Requirements •Able to manage and thrive in a diverse multicultural environment interfacing with construction personnel at all levels. Exemplary management and leadership skills. Self sufficient and resourceful. Exceptional communications, written and verbal. Ability to analyze and present contractor performance metrics in a professional, concise manner to people that many not be well versed in project management. •Must be experienced at flourishing in a middle-eastern work environment that may not provide external or internal project management professional support. RequirementsRequirementsTechnical Experience Requirements: Minimum of 10 years experience project management, 5 years of which need to be focused on managing project controls, scheduling and related services. Able to lead and manage the practical implementation of the following project management processes. •Able to validate an additional 5 years experience in Program/Construction Management for projects in excess of $250M+ construction programs. •Software competencies must include, Primavera, P3ec, Expedition, MSOffice, MSProject, and be capable of quickly coming up to speed on one-off implementations. *Extensive experience with Primavera™ and Expedition™ project and contract management software. Both are not required, but two are better than one, and not having at least one is a disqualifier |
