Triage International is looking for several Construction Project Managers that strives to deliver quality and consistently sets the benchmark for the industry as a whole. We have a number of clients in the; Commercial, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Education, Hospital industry across the GCC region that are looking to hire a number Project Managers.
Job Description
Deliver all construction projects on time and on budget and in conformity with industry, regulatory and company's standards.
You will have strong expertise on commercial construction industry practices, environmental standards.
Collaborate with the management for the development of construction documents for each project.
Identify and ensure proper permits for each project are in place.
Monitor and manage construction teams
Requirements
Construction experience in Commercial, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Education, Hospitals experience a huge asset
Minimum Years of Experience Required - 8 years
Able to read architectural plans and interpret specifications.
Knowledge of hierarchy of contract documents and familiar with hierarchy of contractor and sub-contractor's responsibilities.
Experience in use either of Auto-Cad, Evoco, MS Project, SAP/Teamworks
Understanding of relating to compliance on building permits and codes.
Knowledge of Construction Contracts, Contractor's Obligations and Deliverables.
