On behalf of our client, a prestigious developer in Abu Dhabi we are recruiting an experienced Western or Indian Educated Site Manager.
Reporting to Project Manager, you will be responsible for site management of major projects ( Retail, Hotels and Villa Projects), inspect all building elements to ensure compliance with the drawings and specifications, provide best practice and workable construction solutions on site, quality control, drawing review, following up with design consultants, reviewing and monitoring project cost estimates and monitoring procurement and contracts throughout all stage of project life-cycle.
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree in Construction or at least a Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of post graduate experience in delivering major developments.
You should possess expert knowledge of development, design, production and construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards. Excellent communication skills in English essential.
