Established in 2007 we are not a traditional recruitment business, we are consulting and advisory firm with a wide portfolio of clients throughout the region.

RTS Consulting was launched in 2012 based on a high demand from our clients for a superior consultative recruitment service

We are looking for dedicated, experienced and highly credible Recruitment professionals and Managing Consultants to join us and deliver on our vision.

Working within a vertical sector you will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients through structured and targeted business development calls and face to face meetings.

With access to huge existing talent pool and the support of a dedicated resource team you will be able to do, every day, what you do best - provide a world class service.

Requirements

You will have 2 years plus experience in a GCC recruitment business, preferably specializing in senior and executive-level appointments.

You must be a strong communicator with fluent English, both a team player and a leader.

A business related degree would be an advantage but is not essential.
