Consultant / Senior Consultant - HR Consultancy

Job description / Role

My client is a global HR Consultancy that are experiencing rapid growth across many of its offices in the GCC. As a result they are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join their Riyadh practice. The solutions they provide include; Organization Structuring, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Policies & Procedures, Culture Surveys and Employee Engagement Surveys.

The Consultants responsibilities will involve;
- Ensuring timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives; typically managing small-size projects and work streams of medium-size client projects.
- Assisting the respective practice in the design, development, launch and implementation of solutions/products across the region.
- Analyzing data and drawing conclusions for seniors to review.
- Researching internal and external sources to solicit information, data, trends, etc.
- Supporting the sales efforts of practice and commercial colleagues.

Requirements

The successful Consultant will have 3 7 years consulting experience, with a focus on people & change or HR.

They MUST have GCC experience and be happy to live in Riyadh.
