Consultant - Transaction Services - Riyadh

The Middle East Deals Transactions team is looking for strong Consultants with 1-3 years of relevant work experience to join the team and focus on Financial Due Diligence and Valuations work.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, performing financial due diligence and/or business valuations, and preparing financial models for key clients
- Display an understanding of the link between the key deal drivers/risks and the scope of work, and apply this understanding to analysis by focusing on the scope, deliverables and ultimate objectives
- Review financial projection models and compare with the historical results
- Participate in client meetings and site visits
- Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed
- Demonstrate an awareness of the attributes of good report writing; capable of drafting straightforward slides
- Consult with senior team members where necessary, but also willing to offer an opinion or proposed solution where practical
- Execute flawlessly on work, meet established deadlines
- Maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues
- Display an interest in evolving capabilities and taking next steps in the firm that show commitment to achieving potential
- Take responsibility for managing own time and outputs based on the broader engagement timeline
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites

Requirements

- Bachelor degree required, ideally with concentration in Finance or Accounting
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the accounting, finance or auditing fields; significant experience in transaction support, or other relevant financial position
- Strong analytical and excel skills required; experience in building financial models preferred
- Strong presentation and business writing skills
- Self-starter with excellent commercial insight and familiarity with the deal environment.
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong relationship management skills
- Arabic speaker highly preferred
