Job description / Role
This level is for Consultants with basic previous consulting experience. There should be further significant emphasis on personal development. Consultants are expected to enhance their commercial and consulting skills and begin to manage smaller accounts whilst contributing technical inputs into medium and larger opportunities. Consultants should achieve efficient total time utilization through work provided by other consultants, developing business opportunities in non-critical accounts and contributing to business development projects. Quality standards are closely monitored but increasingly self managed.
