Job description / Role
Your objective is challenging and straightforward. You will be the consulting engineer with experience supervising the contractor with the following finishing works:
Glazing
Aluminium/Steel Cladding Systems
Curtain Walling
Handrails
Marble & Tile Flooring
Light Fixtures
Iron Mongery (hinges, locks, fittings)
Carpentry & Woodworks
False Ceiling Anchorage
Blockwork & Plastering
Requirements
Rigid HSE Mindset
Civil Engineer with authenticated University Degree
GCC Driving Licence
Ability to be tactful & firm with contractor
Awareness of MEP Services & Integration within Building works
Must have worked on Major Building projects with high end finishing works
