Here's one specific opportunity to experience working in Human Capital consulting.

As a Human Capital Senior Consultant you will be supporting clients with strategic change and organisational transformation in order to help them address their most complex organisational and people challenges. You will have responsibility for managing and solving some of the people and organisation issues that cause businesses to perform below their potential by making contributions to our clients in undertaking complex and diverse projects.

You will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with client teams and be comfortable being seen by clients as having responsibility for significant work packages, activities or deliverables. You will be able to address client specific needs by helping to design and leading appropriate human capital interventions that address client requirements. You will also collaborate with senior colleagues throughout the client engagement and help to develop more junior colleagues into effective consultants through productive feedback, coaching and on-the-job training.

Previous work experience required includes working in a consulting environment; or in a project based organization; and/or from leading/being involved in internal organization transformation programs, preferably with some experience in the Middle East. In addition, experience of working and delivering Organization Transformation projects that contain elements of the requirements below is important.

Specific knowledge and experience should include aspects of:
* Stakeholder engagement and management.
* Conducting organization structure assessments.
* Workshop facilitation skills.
* Designing operating models and organization structures (including functional roles and structures, advising on leading practice design principles, structural efficiency and benchmarks, job profiles and KPIs.
* Supporting implementation of operating models and organisational changes
* Supporting organization design implementation.
* Conducting strategic change management activities.
* Developing Talent Management processes (e.g. Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Succession planning, Recruitment and selection)
* Minimum number of years of relevant experience required: 6
* Education background: Bachelors or Masters.
* Languages required: English essential.
* Frequency of travel: Travel across the Middle East will be required regularly.

Requirements

- BA in Business Administration with emphasis on Management or Human Resources or Social Studies (Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration).
- MBA is a plus.
- 4 to 5 years experience in a Management Consulting Firm or 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources Department in any industry.
- Good understanding of ERP solutions / Business Applications (Oracle etc.).
- Have specialized knowledge of professional management principles, theories, and practices; guidelines or precedents applicable to kinds of problems encountered; trends, current developments, organizational structures and functions; and operating programs, and policies.
- Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs.
- Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to conduct extensive research.
