Qualifications: Change management & communication experience Solid knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite and experience with large-scale ERP implementation Understanding of public sector at the national level, and all processes related to the procure to pay, invoice to cash & recording to reporting end-to-end processes Responsible for oversight and direction for the change and communications activities, managing and controlling the Change/Communications Training Plan. Responsible for identifying risks, issues and mitigation strategies related to the change & communications efforts |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements Total of 7 years of experience; including two years of consulting experience with a reputed firm Minimum 2 years experience in the Public Sector of a Middle Eastern or GCC country and 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP financials Ablity to assist the consortium in identifying stakeholders, defining the level of engagement for individual stakeholders and managing stakeholder engagement tool Ability to identify impacted organizations and communicate change activities to the appropriate leaders, including helping to plan, facilitating and conducting change workshops Provide oversight and guidance on change and communications activitites Understanding of basic change/ communications activities including change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, communications plans and role definition Ability to identify risks, issues & mitigation strategies related to change/communications activities Understanding of various communications media, including e-mail, newsletters, Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) Ability to influence project leaders, Ministry leaders and stakeholders in adopting the new processes and systems Understanding of finance value streams including Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, General Ledger posting & consolidations, cash management, inventory & warehouse management |
