As a Sub Contracting Communication Officer, you will:

-Raise Process Excellence Project awareness among employees
-Review Communication Strategy and Plan and monitor Communication Plan execution
-Design knowledge transfer check list/curriculum
-Develop training plan and material for knowledge transfer

Knowledge in all aspects of the following key deliverables:

-Stakeholder Analysis (Developed - Need to be reviewed and maintained)
-Communication Strategy (Developed and approved)
-Communication Plan (Developed and approved)
-Communication Tool Kit and Templates (Developed- All email templates, newsletters, etc…)
-Tactical Internal Communications (Project related for Internal head quarter) (Developed and progressing against plan)
-Training Plan and Training Material (for Process Owner Training) (Need to designed part of the knowledge transfer plan)
