Consumer Care Executive

Job description / Role

- Providing high touch customer service to consumers who contact them to share their experiences - good, and bad.
- Report on consumer activity to brands about possible quality issues, risk management and recurrent complaints. Reports to brands on relevant consumer issue/trends.
- Follows and communicates brand philosophy to the internal and external groups and media.
- Enhance self-understanding of product information, PR and Marketing calendar, and sub-categories under the Communications Dept.

Requirements

- At least 2-5 years Customer Service Experience handling challenging clients in a corporate customer service environment ideally retail, luxury, hospitality
- Must have experience in analysis and presentation of complex data both numerical and qualitative
- Must have line management experience and be comfortable with coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Must possess excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point (in both English and Arabic) and ideally experience using data management software.
