Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Roles:
- Handles Housing Loan approvals without exceptions within the credit policy and the related follow-ups with AGT Dubai - Insurance policies, pending files etc.
- Handles Credit Card & Auto Loans, Personal Loans, overdrafts approvals without exceptions & within the credit policy and follow-ups with related parties.
- For any exceptions, ensures obtaining proper approvals on the loans applications as per the current lending authority matrix.
- Prepares monthly Retail Reports.
- Follow up with Insurance Companies to obtain the insurance policy renewal.
- Monitor, pool accounts.
- Handle all commission payment due for car dealer, real state representatives.
-Handle all issues concerning Retail borrowers need such as the issuance of O/S balance certificate, final settlement, releasing customers.
- Send confirmation letters to all employers after booking requested facilities.
-Perform any other task as requested by direct supervisor.
- Compliance performance in line with AB Code of Conducts as well as AB P&P and Local Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

Education:
- Graduate degree in business from a recognized university.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Consumer Credit and Collection (Banking Sector).

Competences:
- Good in English & Arabic
- Interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer skills
- Solutions oriented
