Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Insights Executive assists the Insights / Research manager with research and insights implementation activities. The department also provides implementation and strategy input to other departments, reports & tools support.

The candidate will be required:

* To work on data tables and interpret them in a presentation
* To prepare table specs for the research team to issue data tables
* To assist in the management of the research projects throughout the fieldwork period: check on the questionnaire, follow up on progress, fieldwork road map, data collection, etc)
* To manage the monthly reporting cycle and ensure the validity of reported the data by working closely with the research team
* To be the champion of the agencys reporting tools and utilize them in recommendations in all submitted documents; the reporting tools (Statex, Xplan, Brandpuls, M1, M2, Toolsworld, etc)
* To interpret relevant data sets, be they secondary or primary, and as a result derive insights and actionable recommendations for end-users.
* To be the main contact for all insights and tools support queries.
* To generate media related reports and communicate them accordingly to the network.
* To conduct the necessary tools/software training to new media members.
* To generate consumer trends and insights documents, upload them on the Mindshare internal library and communicate the releases.

Requirements

1. A business related degree or equivalent.
2. Regional exposure
3. Analytical skills
4. Basic knowledge of the Media industry
5. Fluency in Arabic and English
