Job description / Role

As a key member of SGE CTV Team, the main role entails brand marketing activities in UAE and later other GCC countries in order to ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell-out and business development.

A key member of the marketing team to help achieve the next wave of growth for the organizations CTV and AV business in the Gulf region through strong market driven planning & execution.

Position entails the below up to and including:
- Regional Marketing
- Brand pull development
- Creative control
- Budget planning and allocation
- New Model Launches
- ATL/BTL planning
- PR coordination
- Co-Branding activities
- Promotion planning and execution

Requirements

Experience, Education and Licensure:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in marketing with 4 to 6 years experience in Consumer Marketing activities FMCG candidates will get preference.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all CTV channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
- Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively.
- Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
- Priority setting & Problem solving

Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales/financial reports, data and studies.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients.
- Ability to manage budget allocation and tracking of marketing spend.

Valued but not required skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives
- Computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
