Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1- Managing & supervising Non-Financial Data Centre in accordance to bank strategy & senior management vision to achieve set goals by business while ensuring high service level & complying with Central bank of Egypt regulations, ADIB procedure and compliance policy.
2- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets and by ensuring close monitoring to actual Headcount verses TAT & volumes & team productivity in order to cope with the increased business volumes and to increase ADIB profitability.
3- Implement self-assessment for RCSA
4- Review and follow up closure of all Internal and External Audit comments to improve operation centre audit ratings and avoid any TID, and identify the procedure gaps & implement proper risk mitigation process to avoid any reputational or financial losses.
5- Reduce complaints / errors to the minimum and in case received, make sure they are resolved in accordance with procedures, while investigating the root cause to avoid repetition and increasing ADIB customer satisfaction.
6- Monitor performance measurements and key risk indicators and development of plans within agreed formats and timescales to enhance processes work flow to increase ADIB competition edge.

Requirements

1- 10+ years of Experience in Operations, ONLY previous banking experience will be counted as relevant
2- A minimum of 8 years management experience (people manager)
3- Integrity and cooperation with other functions
4- Solving problem in a professional manner.
5- Team Work spirit and staff development skills.
6- High communication & analytical skills.
7- Enthusiastic & self-motivated.
8- Strong personality, ability to work in a group (Team Work) & under stress.
