Job description / Role
Our client, a global telecommunication operator, is looking for a Consumer Sales and Customer Service Director to be based in their Bahrain office. For this role we require a fluent Arabic and English speaker with 7 years experience in Customer Service/Sales in the telecom fields.
This position will be responsible for major functions in the company and they are sales and Customer service. Therefore, the (CSCSD) is responsible for the overall development of the customer service unite by initiating the customer services surveys, improving & implementing the customer satisfaction strategies, concentrating on the best benchmarking practices to increase the customer satisfaction level.
Main responsibilities:
1.Developing strategy, tactics, plans and profit targets to reach the department objectives.
2.Assists the customer service and sales manager’s leader in planning, formulating and developing customer service policies and procedures.
3.Integrating and aligning sales plans with other department processes, systems and plan in order to increase the capability and success of sales force.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
•Experience in Customer Service/sales activities in the telecom field (Minimum years of experience is seven years)
