Contacts Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a Contracts Manager (CM) for the KAUST program near Jeddah, the CM is responsible for contract administration services, including but not limited to providing overall prime contract and subcontract management review and assistance to budgeting, cost estimating, and cost proposal preparation. You will not only be responsible for the CH2M HILL requirements for Contract Management, you will also be representing the client in all of their overall Contract and Subcontract Management activity relating to its Contractors. You will participate in contract negotiation, subcontracting, purchasing, project accounting, financial analysis and reporting, contract compliance, project audits, project property management and any other business related support required by the Program/Project manager(s). The Program Manager may assign responsibility to the CM as the primary project interface with the clients contracting official.

You will have experience in the Project Management/Construction industry and have responsibility for Project/Program Contract Management on large to mega projects (USD500m+). You will have coordinated contracting activities to ensure correct implementation of procedures and requirements in support of the project objectives. You must have thorough knowledge of project contracting practices, methods, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

- 15 years minimum experience in the Project Management/Construction industry
- Major Projects experience
- Previous roles as Contracts Manager in a challenging environment
- Bachelors degree & preferably a relevant professional qualification
- May substitute a one for one equivalent for years experience; multiple bachelors and higher education (i.e., masters, J.D.) can be substituted one for one for years experience
