The RoleThe RoleResponsibilities: You will be responsible to collect and manage all editorial and corporate content for the new transactional lifestyle site of Boutique1. This includes: Contacting brands to receive background information and image material to be used for the editorial part of the website. Creating a solid filing system for the entire e-commerce team to capture all image material and text files in a way that the material is easily accessible for the graphic designers and the rest of the team to work with. Be the internal point of contact to present Boutique 1 information on the new website (HR for job ads, operations when new stores are opening, ) Responsible for formatting all editorial data once the final version is approved and for uploading it onto the website. Always stay up to-date regarding runway trends and designer/brand news to be able to consult customers in the most knowledgeable and up to date manner. |
RequirementsRequirementsWork Experience and Education: Relevant experience in office management and/or in a liaison position. Good knowledge of luxury fashion brands, latest runway collections and trends. Competencies: Outstanding organizational skills Extensive communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and quick to learn new concepts Passion for luxury designer fashion. Great attention to detail. Good spirited and should have fun with his/her work. English : Fluent |
