Job description / Role
Major Airport Project - UAE
Role: Reporting to the Time Impact Analysis & Claims Manager you will be responsible for:
Monitor and record sub contractor progress.
Identify and report delays and causes in conjunction with the Time Impact Analysis team.
Assist in defending claims from sub contractors.
Assist with contractual correspondence, co-ordinating with JV departments including Subcontract Administration, BIM, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Planning, TIA and Commercial.
Programme review with the Planning Department, Time Impact Analysis Team and the Sub Contract Claims Planner.
Attend meetings with Sub Contractors.
Requirements
Experience:
Short Notice or Immediately available candidates preferred.
Major building projects experience and ideally on Airport schemes.
Main Contractor background.
Competent P6 and Delay Analysis experience.
Team player.
Excellent English speak, write, read.
Able to integrate with various nationalities
