Contract Administrator

Job description / Role

1. To assist the preparation of tender and contract documents.
2. To record and prepare minutes of meeting related to tender and contract matters with the client and or internal team members.
3. To assist in obtaining quotations for required pricing.
4. To assist in the tender quires and clarification correspondence.
5. To oversee the departments incoming and outgoing correspondence.
6. To organized and manage the filing system of the department.
7. To control and maintain all contracts in the design and supervision stages.
8. Any other related work which will be assigned by the Line manager.

Requirements

1. 2-5 years related experience in UAE.
2. Salary 6000 to 7000 AED
3. Age 25-35 years old
4. Filipino nationality
5. Bachelor science civil engineer degree holder

Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organized
- Flexible in working hours
- Written and oral Good communication skills
