Contract Administrator

Job description / Role

Candidate would be responsible for Contract Administration duties inclusive of the interpretation and application of the Conditions of Contract, the issuing of contractual notices, rebuttal of contentious correspondence, identification of contract variations, securing the Contractor’s rights and entitlements and provision of contractual advice to members of staff, provide strategic support and assistance in the preparation of a Management of Change claim, in-depth review of the Contract, Clause 14 Programme and all correspondence to establish a contractual basis for the submission of Extension of Time and Loss and Expense claims.

Requirements

Candidate should have a university degree and a minimum experience of 5yrs in Contract Administration in the Construction Field. Candidate should have perfect command of English language (preferably native language).
