Contract Analyst

Job description / Role

- Review specifications and drawings along with pricing documents during pre-contract stage
- Prepare the tender documents and tender bulletins
- Review the integrity of priced schedule of rates, contract sum analyses or bill of quantities during pre-contract stage
- Prepare tender clarifications
- Review and endorse payment certificates (for contractors, consultants, suppliers)
- Prepare minutes of post-tender/ pre-award meetings with the tenderers
- Review all submitted variation requests
- Review cost estimates of works and services
- Prepare and review cost estimates of the variations orders and recommend course of action.

Requirements

- Must have a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Must have Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with strong emphasis in procurement and tendering
- Must be based in Doha with transferable visa and NOC.
