The RoleThe RoleA leading client of KPMG Oman is seeking to recruit a Contracts Manager for a Special Economic Zone in Oman. The job responsibilities shall include: 1. Preparation and implementation of cost management plan including preparation of cost estimates, cash flow projections and budget reports. 2. Preparation and submission of procurement strategy and review of procurement plan . 3. Preparation of contract documents and managing the contract administration activities. 4. Assist in the development and administration of contracts with consultants and contractors, evaluation and resolution of variation orders and claims. 5. Development and management of the project control system including scheduling, cost budget, document control systems and hardware/software requirements. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management or equivalent is required. Minimum 15 years of work experience (with 5-7 years of work experience in similar role) is required. Experience of working in Special Economic Zone shall be preferred. GCC experience is desired. |
