Select Auto is an Al-Futtaim Automotive Company, providing premium solutions including sales, leasing & maintenance of heavy equipment, vehicles and power generation, to a variety of clients in austere locations. As the single point of contact for customers in these regions, Select will operate also act as an internal customer for the other automotive group companies.

We are currently looking for a Contract Representative (CR) who will be the prime contact and point of liaison with the client for day to day operations, capable of and authorised to make decisions as required. The role will manage all requests, queries and tasks from the Client and will filter and pass all equipment lease requirements to the Fleet Manager of the Southern Iraq Maintenance Facility to action. The CR will need to have an overview of the daily operation to task the Site Safety Manager and Site Supervisors, in consultation with the Fleet Manager. The CR will work closely with the Finance Administrator to ensure billing is captured correctly.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

* Overall responsibility for delivering daily operational requirements on the Client project
* Developing a good working relationship with the Client
* Developing a good working relationship with the Southern Iraq Maintenance Facility
* Documenting and tracking Client's  lease requests on a daily basis
* Documenting and tracking Client's Invoice requirements through the Finance Administrator
* Daily tasking and welfare of the HSE Manager, Site Supervisors and Finance Administrator
* Management of on and off site incidents affecting the contract
* Review and update all local, national and regulatory laws and procedures to reflect same in the AFIS documentation and management systems. 
* Responsible for maintenance of all records and files (contractual and obligatory) on project
* Assist with local recruiting and HR policy on site
* Liaison with local lease equipment subcontractors

Requirements

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences, knowledge and qualifications:

* Must be a competent bi-lingual (Arabic and English) site representative, a capable communicator and decision maker with contract management experience
* Must have tertiary qualification
* Must have 5 - 10 years 'experience in Oil & Gas Industry and 7-10 years supervisory/management experience
* Must have managerial experience
* Must have excellent leadership and planning skills
* Must have the ability to interact at client and senior management level
* Must have a very good verbal and written English skills
* Must be driven to achieve excellence in the face of demanding circumstances
