The RoleThe RoleConstruction Contracting Specialist Our client is a major and well diversified business group with a multi billion dollar group annual turnover. The base for many of the company’s activities is in the KSA although it has extended international interests. A significant sector of the company is involved in construction activities within the KSA and Middle East in general. These activities cover the entire construction contracting spectrum including civil, commercial/residential high/low rise, power water utilities etc. This sector comprises of multiple construction companies with multiple areas of expertise. Each company within the sector is maintains its own board however the overall responsibility for the operational and financial success of the companies is determined by a sector office which is staffed by highly motivated professionals. A position is currently open within this sector office for a Legal Construction Contracting Specialist. The position will be based in the main sector office in Riyadh. |
