Requirements

- Administer contracts with clients, subcontractors and vendors and make sure that our contractual obligations have been met and rights protected.
- Provide support for Site Construction team in preparation of letters and ensure notices as required by the Contract are submitted timeously, interim details required as necessary and final submissions made including time impact (if applicable) in conjunction with Planning Dept.
- Administer an integrated contract change control system.
- Interpret contract provisions to help resolve claims and issues received.
- Contribute to the preparation of claims, their submittal and negotiation.
- Knowledge of requirements for acquiring professional design and construction services in accordance with the required contract documents.
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating the construction industry such as FIDIC.
