Employment: Full Time

Sal: USD 10,000/ 37,500 SAR (Tax free)

Our client requires a Contract Administrator to manage a variety of contracts which include infrastructure and refurbishment projects. The role will be based at their Head office in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia

- Responsible for contract administration services, including but not limited to providing overall prime contract and subcontract management review and assistance to budgeting, cost estimating, and cost proposal preparation.
- You will also be representing the client in all of their overall Contract and Subcontract Management activity relating to its Contractors.
- You will participate in contract negotiation, subcontracting, purchasing, project accounting, financial analysis and reporting, contract compliance, project audits, project property management and any other business related support required by the Program/Project manager(s). The Program Manager may assign responsibility to the CM as the primary project interface with the clients contracting official.
- You will also be representing the client in all of their overall Contract and Subcontract Management activity relating to its Contractors.

Requirements

- A degree in Quantity Surveying, civil engineering (top western universities).
- Masters in contract management or ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) preferred.
- RICS Membership is added advantage.
- 15+ years in contractors organizations with minimum10+ in the field of contract administration.
- Ability to work with a multinational team and a international environment.
- Adequate Working knowledge of FIDIC red and yellow book.
- Adequate knowledge of general design and construction activities for mixed-use development projects.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering.
- Good presentation, leadership and management skills.
- Use of independent judgment and creativity in resolution of contract/ claim issues.
- Excellent internal and external negotiation skills.
