Currently KAUST has an exciting employment opportunity for a Contracts Advisor.
The role of the Contracts Advisor will be to develop contracts & purchase orders, initiates guidelines, coordinate activities, and provide technical expertise to assure the proper and timely development and administration of contracts. The Contracts Advisor in collaboration with the appropriate KAUST departments will ensure that contracts meet KAUSTs technical and/or operational requirement in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining conformity to KAUST policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering or Law.
- Business disciplines are desirable.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a qualified Contracts & procurement professional in businesses primarily involved with development and administration of engineering or services contracts.
- Progressively responsible work or contact with auditing, accounting, and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable.
- Experience in various SAP products is desirable.
