Employment: Full Time

WTS Energy is currently looking for an Omani national to work as a Contracts Analyst in Muscat, Oman on a permanent basis.

Job Description:
- Reviews, negotiates and drafts Contracts with clients for the provision of products and/or Services.
- Drafts and communicates exceptions to tender documents and RFQs under the supervision of the Contracts Manager.
- Monitors Purchase Orders to ensure compliance with Policies and highlights and reports any deviations from such policies.
- Administers Contracts and ensures compliance with administrative procedures.
- Promotes compliance with the Country tender procedures.
- Ensures compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Uploads and ensures the database is properly updated as contract changes and events occur.
- Identifies and proposes improvements to existing contracting procedures.
- Generates reports on a regular basis to properly monitor active and expiring contracts.
- Responsible for the maintenance of Contracts and tenders files.
- Participates in presentations and workshops related to contracting standards, processes and/or reviews.
- Assists and supports the Contract Manager and actively participates in all aspects of Post Award Contract Management.

Requirements

Omani National only will be considered

Education:
Degree in Law, Finance, Contracts Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.

Experience:
2 years work experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 1 year experience in Contracts as in-house contracts/attorney , Marketing or Legal Departments.
