Job description / Role
A contractually knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a reputable construction consultancy doing a Project Management role on a prestigious construction project in Abu Dhabi. This is an urgent position that would require a candidate to be available at no more than a month's notice.
The main duties relating to this role are:
- review & formulate contractual correspondences / responses for the lead design consultant;
- prepare & manage any claims for lead consultant's additional services
- review consultant's invoices prior to issue to Client
- advise the lead consultant senior management on any contractual issues.

Requirements
- Previous experience of working in the GCC region is essential
- A strong contractual background is essential
- A degree or similar equivalent is desired
- Experience of working for a consultancy or a client previously in a similar role is desired
