Job description / Role
Contracts Commercial Manager
As Contracts Commercial Manager you will be working on multiple major building projects and ensuring their success by applying excellent contractual and commercial practices.
With an excellent track record as a Contracts Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying on major Building or Infrastructure schemes. Excellent knowledge of all international forms of contract in particular FIDIC, with a desire to work on some of the most exciting building projects in the region.
Requirements
* BSc Degree or Equivalent in Quantity Surveying or similar relevant discipline.
* 10 years post graduate experience.
* Experience of major projects.
* Not jumped from job to job - minimum three years with each company.
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts with FIDIC experience ideal.
* Ideally professionally qualified by RICS.
