Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for EC Harris in Riyadh,
Reporting to the Programme Director you will be responsible fotr the complete contracts management of the programme management project on site.
Requirements
CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK AND WRITE FLUENT ARABIC.
Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Science, Engineering, Law or Business Administration.. A minimum experience of (20) years in the preparation of contracts and contract administration/management. Should have experience both in pre and post award contracts with renowned Construction Management Company or Government organization. Must have a thorough knowledge of Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its implementing Regulations. Experience should cover Consultancy Contracts, Management Consultancy Contracts, Construction Contracts, and FIDIC type contracts. Experience in Claims, Counter Claims and strong negotiation skills are required. Should be able to speak, read and write Arabic and English.
