Job description / Role
Contracts Manager required to oversee a large mixed-use project in Doha.
Our client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor. They have a portfolio of projects across the Middle East.
Due to the constant growth of the company and the sheer size of this project, they are looking to expand the team.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified
- MRICS Qualification would be beneficial
- Minimum 5 years as Contracts / Claims Manager with very strong commercial background
- Experience of completion of 5-star Hotel / High-end Building projects, with Tier 1 Main Contractors
- Expertise with Subcontractor Claims
- Good knowledge of merged-in claims
- Familiar with Arbitration and dispute
- Compilation of information
