Title: Contracts Manager/Engineering

Location: Dubai

my client has a strong reputation within the power distribution industry having been in business for 200 years. They provide switching and protection solutions for electrical distribution systems.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who has character and who is from a Western background.

You will have to

•Identify and implement the future strategy for the Engineering Department to support the changing customer and product base in the region

•Be a key member of the Commercial Team and take a leading role in promoting the companies solutions, both internally and externally.

•Be the key driver for Engineering Solutions in the organisation



The type of Candidate my client is looking for is someone who is a strategic thinker and who is Technology strong in electro-mechanical engineering concepts

Requirements for the role:

Electrical (or Mechanical) Engineering Degree.

At least 5 to 7 years of experience in engineering function in an electro-mechanical industry

A minimum of five years’ experience in tendering, contract and related engineering.
