Job description / Role
Charterhouse is representing an international contractor who works on iconic projects across the GCC, North Africa and Europe. Our client is a leader in the civil construction market with a multibillion dollar portfolio of ongoing projects and is looking to hire a Contracts Manager for a large scale civil project in Dubai.
As Contracts Manager you will oversee all post-contract and claim responsibilities and lead the commercial site operations. You will also be responsible for meeting consultants and clients as well as other stakeholders.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 15 years experience in post-contract work and have been involved on high rise projects throughout the GCC. An Engineering or QS background is mandatory and claims experience is essential for this role.
