Job description / Role
This International contractor are working on the construction of a large highway project in Kuwait. They require a Commercial/Contracts Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contract including the preparation and defense of claims.
Requirements
- Applicants should meet the following criteria
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- MRICS/MCIArb preferable
- Should have a track record of dealing with large claims, international arbitration
- A track record of working with international contractors
