Contracts Manager - MRICS

Job description / Role

Urgently required by an international contractor working on a large building project in Cairo. The successful candidate will join the project management team and be responsible for all aspects of contract administration and quantity surveying. This will include analysis of client specifications and drawings, contractual correspondence and claims management.

Requirements

- Applicants should demonstrate the following MRICS
- Extensive experience in Civil / Building of the construction industry with background in contract administration.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Must have proven adequate experience in Quantity Surveying and / or Contracts Administration of Projects on the Contractor's side.
- Ability to delegate tasks to Quantity Surveying and junior staff.
