Job description / Role
I am currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager in the Dubai area.
This role is primarily to support the Procurement Department in estanlishing and managing the contracting function for the business, and to act as the first point of contact for queries and contract related matters, having responsibility for managing client expectations.
Within this position you will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders fro example legal l finance and be involved with the implementation of the procurement processes and policies.
The development and management of the contracts is an integral part of this position as is ensuring the processes are efficient.
Requirements
Hardcore Contracts experience
UAE experience
Candidate must be based in the UAE at present
Progressive leadership responsibility
Coming from a similar background
Real Estate would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent knowledge of contracts
