Job description / Role
Our Client is a leading diversified, international, Main Contractor carrying out construction, engineering, procurement, development and investment activities internationally with emphasis on the Middle East region. They are committed to providing a reliable and professional service to their clients and to being supportive to local businesses and social activities.
Working for one of the world's largest Contractors, you will have a commercial/contracts role with an overview of a major Power Plant joint venture project. There have been major issues with the release of basic design information. These delays have significantly impacted the construction progress.
Determining the approach of the claim, you will play the key contractual role on the project.
The package will include a tax free basic salary and all expenses paid for by the company (accommodation, food, medical, laundry, car etc..)
Requirements
You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with a track record in leading claims for Main Contractors.
You will have over 20 years' experience of dealing with contracts, disputes and claims.
