Leading Western Contractor is looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to):
- Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence.
- Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule.
- Preparation and review of Order of Costs.
- Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting.
- Agreement of Re-measurement methods.
- Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations.
- Preparation of all Agreed Value Valuation (AVV) documentation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate shall be Western educated, with a relevant bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate shall have 10 years post graduate experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Middle East. Previous experience in high-rise building construction/contractor side is a must.
