Job description / Role
-Manage and administer land sales/lease agreement for clients
-Provide contractual recommendations based on client’s agreement
-Administer contractual requirements and milestones
-Prepare status reports and contribute to the project monthly progress report
-Provide support with all activities in accordance with contractual requirements
Requirements
Candidate must have:
-Minimum of 10 years experience in contracts management and administration
-At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Laws, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent
-Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts
-Good knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Ability to perform in a management capacity
Candidate must be:
-Hardworking, honest and responsible
-Willing to be assigned in Abu Dhabi, UAE
