Job description / Role
Contracts Manager will have full responsibility of the strategic and operational aspects of Etihad Aircraft Engineering FM contract. Ensuring high performance team delivers world-class management and facilities.
Requirements
- Establishing a structured and quality focused management team.
- Developing an appropriate delivery model for the facilities services that balances sub-contractors and self-delivery.
- Ensure contract KPI's are achieved , NFPA certification is achieved and maintained.
- Continued culture is inculcated and developed in the FM team.
