Employment: Full Time

A major Main Contracting company is currently looking for a Contracts Manager for a multibillion project.

They require a Contracts manager with at least 10 years of experience in the gulf, with Buildings exposure.

Requirements

- Bs/BA Bachelors degree (Ms/Ma Masters degree would be advantageous)
-Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contract administration, contract negotiations, change orders, and claims.
- Worked in a senior level contracts management previously with strong main contracting background, worked and managed large project in excess of 500 Million USD.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, problem solving, negotiation, management and team building skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- MRICS membership would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Ability to defend the contract, proposing various and adapted strategies to the Project Director and closing of the project with maximum presentation of pending Variation Orders and claims.
- Ability to conduct contractual risk analysis, and submit to the management the contractual analysis of the project situation and alert whenever a serious matter occurs in the project.
- Ability to Manage potential scope creep and contract issues and applies solutions in compliance with company objectives.
- Candidates must have work experience in Gulf region for mixed major projects for minimum of 10 years.
