Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

A Leading international consultancy is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their project team who are working on a large airport project in Saudi Arabia.

Specific Competencies:
- You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager.
- Developing the contracts department.
- Point of contact between client and airport Authority.
- Liaising with the Client and Project Management team.
- Responsible for submission of deliverables on time and in line with quality standards.
- Ensuring that each Senior Contracts Administrator runs there section to the highest standard, that all information is up to date.
- Managing individual Senior Contract Administrators.
Analyse information and produce overall reporting and recommendations for their sections of the works.
- Prepare and present monthly project expenditure to the Client.
- Working with the Project team to make sure that the Clients contracts administration programs and reporting is feasible and complies with the Clients contractual obligations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of overall project requirements and the ability to advise Client knowledgeably on overall project costs.
- Confidently manage performance related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong work experience as Contracts Manager
- Work experience as Clients Manager
- Experience on projects related to airport
- MRICS/CIARB Certified

In return you will receive a competitive tax free salary inclusive of basic salary, accommodation and transportation. The role also gives you 26 days holiday but is based on a 6 day week. You will also receive medical and life insurance.
