Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking to recruit a Contracts manager for a leading UK business operating in the GCC region serving the Oil and Gas and Construction sectors.

This position has arisen as a result of the continued growth of the KSA business, this is an immediate requirement due to being a newly created business to support the businesses growth. The Contracts Manager KSA will report jointly to the Operations Director for KSA & Bahrain and the Commercial Director for MENA.

Key responsibilities of the position are:
- Evaluation and subsequent negotiation of tender contract terms and conditions
- Drafting of contractual correspondence and managing the preparation and settlement of contractual entitlements and claims
- Provide guidance on contract matters to commercial and operational staff, including training in contracting practices and procedures
- Work with regional Commercial team to develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy
- Ensure commercial, risk management, and legal compliance are performed in accordance with Policies and Corporate Governance requirements

Requirements

In order to be considered for the role you will have a background of at least 10 years professional experience within a Quantity surveying biased role and a professional qualification such as MRICS, MICES or MCIOB.

You would need to be prepared to locate yourself out of the Eastern province of KSA.
