Job description / Role
An extremely successful 'Design & Build' contractor in Oman is urgently seeking Contracts Manager with approximately 10 years experience in construction.
Applicants should ideally have Gulf experience, however this is not an absolute 'must'. You will be semi-skilled and be able to mobilise to Oman immediately.
Requirements
Experience on the construction of villas would be highly advantageous, as our client are working on a development of 2,200 single-storey (RC Frame & Blockwork) villas across an area of 250km along the Omani coast. This is 'mass-production' of very similar designs and high productivity levels are required to maintain the project schedule. Eventually, there will be 15,000 villas to complete the project.
If your experience is not strictly villas, please still apply as general 'building' experience will also be considered.
