Job description / Role
- Report to the Project Manager from the Consultant side
- Review design and build documents for the Sewage Treatment/ Waste Water Treatment Project
- Supervise Contractors, and directly coordinate with the Client
- Leads the Project Control Team, composed of one Planning Engineer and 2 Document Controllers
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Post graduate in Contracts Management Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 20 years' experience
- 8 years' experience in Contracts Manager position
- STP/WWTP Design/Build project with 50,000 m3/day and above (preferred)
- Proven track record in contracts management and administration, claims and disputes
- Familiar with Primavera P6/ Primavera Contracts Management "Expedition"
- Consultant experience required
- GCC experience (preferred)
- Immediate available to join (preferred)
